Hannah Storm Named 2017 Humanitarian of the Year
Hannah Storm is the All Sports United
2017 Humanitarian of the Year
The All Stars of Giving Campaign featured 31 North American sports personalities. All Sports United founders Alan Pavlosky and Scott Manthorne are proud to celebrate the achievements of all of these great champions. The campaign showed that we can all make a difference by helping others and focusing on purpose instead of outcome.
Past winners of the award have been Israel Idonije, Matt Light, Allison Baver and Tony Stewart.
We wish to thank All Sports United supporter Jeff Tutor as well as Technology partners GivKwik and xocial for making this campaign possible. All Sports united is a non-profit organization and could not celebrate the philanthropic legacy of the sports industry without the support of other donors and partners that are too numerous to mention. We Thank you!!
AllStarsOfGiving.com brings sports personalities and fans together in the spirit of giving. The fans participation on the website and social media determines our top 10 finalists. The fans did an amazing job narrowing the field and choosing these “All Stars of Giving”.
2017 All Stars
Most of the finalists were featured on All Sports United Radio hosted by TJ Rives and we encourage you to listen to their stories. You can listen on demand at http://allsportsunited.org/podcast/asutd-radio/.
All Sports United wishes to congratulate all of the finalists. All of them deserved to win the award. In the end, the selection committee reviewed all materials and achievements of each finalist and made the incredibly difficult decision of choosing one winner from across the world of sports that exhibited the most compelling set of philanthropic achievements. That winner is Hannah Storm. The Hannah Storm Foundation will receive a $10,000 cash prize to support ongoing efforts to make a difference!
Hannah has provided a video expressing her gratitude for winning this year’s award.
